Tiger '59
Tier VIII · Cruiser · U.K. · Premium
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 56) · Stealthy cruiser
A British premium tier VIII cruiser firing four 152 mm guns every 2.5 s, with AP DPM of 52,128, 6% above average. Its 152 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers and dispersion at 10 km is about 105 m, 53% tighter than average, giving it enough firepower to kill a destroyer found with Radar III (9 km) in about 87 s by calculation. Top speed is a slow 30.3 kn, but 10.9 s acceleration, an 8.1°/s turn rate and 7.68 km detectability, together with Smoke Generator III ×3, let it escape trouble well. However, its 2,172 salvo is small and HP is a low 32,912, so it is weak against battleships, needing about 10 minutes by calculation to grind down one.
