Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 45) · Stealthy cruiser
Stealthy cruiser, suited to spotting. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 3 min on paper). 3 charges of Fuel Smoke, short as each one is, let it break vision and escape whenever it gets caught. Detectability of 6.6 km is 1.52 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. 32.2 kn top speed and good turning give it excellent mobility. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races.
