Rating A+ (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 78) · Gunnery cruiser
A Soviet premium light cruiser and a classic firepower ship, pouring out HE from sixteen 130 mm guns every 5.0 s. HE DPM is 81,408, 67% above average, and fire potential is 6.26 per minute on paper, 72% above average. Its high-velocity, flat-trajectory guns make firing over islands difficult, so the key is safely stacking fires from inside its smoke (2 charges, 28 s duration). 8.1 km detectability, a 34.5 kn top speed, and a 7.8 s rudder shift also give it good mobility. However, with 28,963 HP and very thin armor, it can't survive focus fire once spotted.
