A Soviet premium battleship with nine 406 mm guns; dispersion at 12 km is ~254 m, 22% tighter than the tier X battleship average, and penetration reaches 557 mm, so it can target citadels even at long range. Four charges of Precise Aiming System II give it long stretches of precision fire throughout a match, and 15.6 km range makes sniping from behind allies easy. Salvo damage is 16% below average, but high accuracy makes up for it. AA is 45% above average and it carries Air Defense Alert I, so it can also escort against carriers. On the other hand, low armor efficiency and sluggish turning make it hard to survive once enemy battleships get close.
