Shimanto
Tier VIII · Cruiser · Japan
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 5) · Torpedo cruiser
Torpedo cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). A full torpedo spread can deal up to 29,382 (all launchers combined). Torpedo DPM is 20% higher than average. Strong AA fends off carrier strikes well. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races.
