A Japanese premium battleship with three twin 510 mm turrets (6 guns) on the Yamato hull; each shell hits extremely hard, and a 350% citadel multiplier allows up to 60,984 in one salvo against broadside targets on paper. Dispersion at 12 km is ~298 m (10% tighter than average) and it has 3 charges of Precise Aiming System II, so even with only six guns it groups shells well at long range. However, the 23 s reload and few guns put DPM 22% below the tier X battleship average, and a missed salvo costs a lot. A 26.69 kn top speed, 18.6 s rudder shift, and slow turret traverse hurt it up close. It is strongest using its 15.9 km range to duel battleships from behind the friendly line.

The project of a battleship developed shortly before Japan entered World War II (Design A-150). The design of the ship called for a main battery of six 510 mm guns in three twin turrets. In all other respects, the ship's characteristics were similar to those of the Yamato-class battleships.
