Sevastopol
Tier X · Cruiser · U.S.S.R. · Premium
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 8) · Durable cruiser
A Soviet premium large cruiser, a mobile type with six 380 mm guns and Engine Accelerator III. Its 33.1 kn top speed rises to about 38 kn with Engine Accelerator, making chasing and disengaging fairly easy, and it also has Air Defense Alert III and Sonar. The problem is firepower: a 14.0 s reload with only six guns puts DPM 30% below average. Its 358.9 mm penetration is above average but lower than Stalingrad or Puerto Rico, and its Precise Aiming System is only level I, leaving it awkward for both sniping and maneuvering fights. 10.2 km detectability and a sluggish 13.8 s rudder shift make dodging hard once spotted.
