Sea Devil
Tier X · Destroyer · Japan · Premium
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 14) · Stealth torpedo destroyer
A premium version of Shimakaze with its unique upgrade built in and slightly reworked skills and stats. Its 77,130 torpedo salvo is, on paper, 93% above the tier-X destroyer average, and a reload about 7 s shorter than Shimakaze's puts torpedo DPM 44% above average. Its 10.2 km torpedoes outrange its 6.48 km detectability by 3.7 km, letting it repeat long-range attacks without being spotted. Being able to fill one upgrade slot with a different upgrade is another edge over Shimakaze. On the other hand, main battery DPM is 35% below average, AA is weak and it has only one smoke charge, so it struggles to survive once spotted.
