Rating A- (Above average+ within its tier and class · overall score 66) · Balanced cruiser
A Pan-Asian premium cruiser based on Prins van Oranje, named by the wiki as the cruiser with the strongest fire pressure in random battles. It fires twelve 234 mm HE guns every 11.5 s with a fire potential of 4.09 per minute on paper, 12% above average. On top of that, an air strike every 62 s (64 bombs, 18% fire chance each) means an exposed battleship is easily set ablaze repeatedly. 3 charges of Radar I and Precise Aiming System III let it catch even destroyers in smoke, and while it has no Air Defense Alert, its base AA is 39% above average. However, with no smoke and thin armor, it takes heavy hits when a battleship catches its broadside.
