With 379.4 mm penetration and a 250% citadel multiplier, it chunks broadside cruisers heavily in one volley and can even threaten battleship citadels. 55,000 HP and thick armor, plus 2 charges of Radar II, 3 of Precise Aiming System II, and 3 of Air Defense Alert I, make it versatile. Patch 9.4 increased shell velocity by about 5% and cut detectability from 10.5 to 10.14 km. However, dispersion 29% wider than average still makes long-range hits unreliable, and a 12.6 s rudder shift and 21.57 s acceleration make it sluggish, so focus fire is hard to dodge.
