Ping Hai
Tier III · Cruiser · Pan-Asia · Premium
Rating B (Average within its tier and class · overall score 54) · Stealthy cruiser
Stealthy cruiser, suited to AA escort, fire pressure, torpedo ambush. Its 7.5 km torpedoes outrange its 6.12 km detectability by 1.4 km, ideal for smoke-backed ambushes. Detectability of 6.12 km is 0.69 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. High HE fire potential (2.1 fires/min before hit rate and resistance). Shells spread widely, so fight at medium range or wait for broadsides. A survival equipment build adds damage reduction +4 pp, torpedo damage reduction +-3 pp to shore up survivability.
