Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 15) · Fast battleship
A fast German brawling battleship that scales the Scharnhorst concept up to tier VIII. A 30.44 kn top speed, 5.8°/s turn rate and small hull make it good at using islands to close in quickly. Its nine 305 mm guns hit softly, with a 12,213 salvo 24% below average, but a 9.3 reload buff brought the reload down to 16.5 s, so it fires often. Secondaries 18% above average (40,210 DPM) and 6.9 km torpedoes add a lot of damage up close. On the other hand, 51,642 durability and a short 13.08 km gun range leave it losing out in long-range exchanges.
