Novorossiysk
Tier VI · Battleship · U.S.S.R. · Premium
Rating C+ (Lower-mid within its tier and class · overall score 35) · Fast battleship
Fast battleship. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 4 min on paper). With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Top speed of 27.2 kn is 2.3 kn above average, with good turning, rudder shift, acceleration. Key skills: Engine Accelerator I ×2 (top speed +8%, 25 s); Rapid Reload I ×2 (main battery reload +18%, 20 s); Sonar I ×2 (3.75 km, 25 s). Its firepower trails other battleships, so be selective and punish broadsides.
