Novik
Tier II · Cruiser · U.S.S.R.
Rating C+ (Lower-mid within its tier and class · overall score 32) · Stealthy cruiser
Stealthy cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). Firing 5 120mm guns every 6 s, it reaches 16,350 HE DPM. Detectability of 6.6 km is 0.16 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. A firepower equipment build improves reload 6→5.7 s, dispersion 156→142 m.
