Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 9) · Torpedo destroyer
Torpedo destroyer. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 12 min on paper · torpedoes supply 57% of it). A full torpedo spread can deal up to 35,650 (all launchers combined). Torpedo DPM is 20% higher than average. Strong AA fends off carrier strikes well. Weak guns: avoid gunfights and focus on torpedoes or spotting.
