Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 13) · Torpedo cruiser
Torpedo cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). A full torpedo spread can deal up to 33,512 (all launchers combined). Torpedo DPM is 27% higher than average. Key skills: Precise Aiming System I ×3 (main battery accuracy +33%, 20 s); Air Defense Alert II ×3. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races.
