Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 58) · Gunboat destroyer
A French destroyer combining overwhelming speed and firepower. Its eight 127 mm guns fire every 3.3 s for 62,545 HE DPM, 51% above average, making gunnery its strength, while theoretical torpedo DPM is 19% below average. A 43.0 kn top speed and five uses of Engine Boost IV (+20% speed and turning) let it control range at will, and its speed itself helps dodge aerial torpedoes. However, gun range is short at 8.64 km and detectability is 6.9 km, so long-range cruisers can easily hit it without reply. With no smoke or spotting skill, speed is its only escape once spotted.
