Patch 9.4 lengthened the main battery reload from 19.5 to 23 s and slowed turret traverse from 7 to 5°/s, cutting AP DPM to 60,981 (only 4% above average) and making it slower to switch targets. Its secondaries are untouched: 81,711 secondary DPM is 121% above average, still overwhelming up close. Its Combat Instruction, unlocked after dealing 15,000 damage, further boosts secondary range, accuracy, and reload, but with less main battery firepower it now takes longer to unlock. A 5.8°/s turn rate allows quick direction changes, but the 20.53 s rudder shift is slow, so plan moves ahead. Per the wiki, its fire and flooding resistance and torpedo protection are very weak, so don't overextend against destroyers and cruisers.
