Kamikaze
Tier V · Destroyer · Japan · Premium
Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 22) · Agile destroyer
Agile destroyer. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 10 min on paper · torpedoes supply 50% of it). Its 7.5 km torpedoes outrange its 5.7 km detectability by 1.8 km, ideal for stealth ambushes. Top speed of 38.6 kn is 2.6 kn above average, with good turning, acceleration. Key skills: Engine Accelerator I ×3 (top speed +8%, 25 s). Weak guns: avoid gunfights and focus on torpedoes or spotting.

A typical Japanese destroyer that was built using the experience gained during World War I. She boasted a very high speed and powerful torpedo armament. However, her anti-aircraft suite was very weak and her main battery guns had a fairly low rate of fire.
