Johan de Witt
Tier IX · Cruiser · Netherlands
Rating C+ (Lower-mid within its tier and class · overall score 33) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to AA escort, air scouting. Launching aircraft every 56 s lights up enemies behind islands and near smoke, a big scouting asset for the team, and its bomber strikes (48 bombs at 802 each, scattered so only some land) reach targets beyond gun range. Strong AA fends off carrier strikes well. Key skills: Sonar I ×3 (3.75 km, 25 s); Air Defense Alert II ×3. At 31.4 kn it is slow, so commit to a flank early.
