Jinan
Tier X · Cruiser · Pan-Asia
Rating B (Average within its tier and class · overall score 55) · Torpedo cruiser
The Pan-Asian tech-tree tier X light cruiser, whose main weapon is powerful deep-water torpedoes. Its 47,800 torpedo salvo is, on paper, 41% above average, and 10.2 km range, 1.2 km beyond its 9.0 km detectability, allows undetected torpedo attacks. With a Torpedo Reload skill as well, one good angle can chunk a battleship heavily. 4 charges of Fuel Smoke and 35.0 kn speed make escaping easy, but with 28,963 HP and thin armor it sinks fast if it stays spotted. 4 charges of Air Defense Alert III actually make it strong against carriers, and remember that deep-water torpedoes can't hit destroyers.
