Ignacio Allende
Tier VIII · Cruiser · Pan-America
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 60) · Durable cruiser
Durable cruiser, suited to spotting. It is weak against battleships (AP deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 18 min on paper · torpedoes supply 44% of it). Each Repair Kit restores 20% of max HP, up to 60% over a battle (standard 50%). Tanking damage and healing it back is this ship's biggest weapon. Unique skill: 'Combat Instruction: Observed Fire' gives main battery reload +25%, main battery accuracy +25%, penetration +20% for 20 s after landing 40 main battery hits. AP-only, but its destroyer-calibre shells rarely overpen, so they work on destroyers too.

In 1947, the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance was signed in Rio de Janeiro, whereby Argentina, Brazil, and Chile were to strengthen their fleets by purchasing old U.S. Brooklyn-class cruisers. If those countries had ordered the construction of new cruisers in the United States, then the most modern Worcester-class ships would have been used as the basis for the projects.
