HS-03 Overdrive
Tier X · Cruiser · U.S.A. · Premium · Unreleased
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 10) · Agile cruiser
An American-line premium cruiser firing twelve 127 mm HE guns every 6.6 s. The relatively slow reload puts HE DPM 19% below average, and only 3.16 fires per minute on paper leave its firepower weak. In return, 7.62 km detectability, a 35.0 kn top speed, and a 6.75 s rudder shift give it excellent stealth and mobility. With 26,903 HP and a short 10.34 km range, it suits claiming position first and exploiting openings rather than head-on firefights. Skill data is not yet available, so this assessment is limited to base stats.
