Hércules
Tier I · Cruiser · Pan-America
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 4) · Balanced cruiser
Balanced cruiser. It is weak against battleships (AP deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 23 min on paper). Firing 4 102mm guns every 3.3 s, it reaches 19,273 AP DPM. AP-only, but its destroyer-calibre shells rarely overpen, so they work on destroyers too. Its 7.7 km range is short, so use islands and fight inside 6 km. A firepower equipment build improves reload 3.3→3.13 s, dispersion 150→136 m.

British River-class frigates, designed to escort convoys in the North Atlantic, were sold off heavily after World War II. USS Asheville, a Canadian-built ship, remained in the U.S. Navy until 1946 but was later sold to Argentina. There, she served under the name "Hércules," then "Juan B. Azopardo" until 1973.
