Hashidate
Tier I · Cruiser · Japan
Rating A- (Above average+ within its tier and class · overall score 65) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser. It is weak against cruisers (HE deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). HE-only, it grinds targets down with fires. At 18.8 kn it is slow, so commit to a flank early.
