The Dutch tech-tree tier X cruiser, a unique ship that combines large-caliber 283 mm AP with air strikes. Its AP salvo is 21% above average and a 250% citadel multiplier makes it strong against broadside cruisers. Patch 9.3 cut the reload from 13 to 11 s, lifting DPM to only 5% below average, and also reduced minimum dispersion by 7% and raised fire and flooding resistance from 12.5% to 15%. An air strike every 58 s (its bombs scatter widely, so only part of them land) adds damage and fires on enemies behind islands or beyond gun range, and AA is 55% above average. Its 12.24 km range is fairly short and 20.7 s acceleration and a 12.6 s rudder shift are sluggish, so it needs to claim its fighting position in advance.
