Rating A (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 74) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to fire pressure. Top speed of 35.4 kn is high, but sluggish rudder make sudden dodges hard. Its AP main battery DPM of 38,435 is 20% above the same-tier cruiser average. High HE fire potential (3.3 fires/min before hit rate and resistance). Key skills: Rapid Reload I ×2 (main battery reload +18%, 20 s). Dispersion at 9.84 km is about 252 m, 27% wider than average, so shoot from closer or wait for broadsides.
