A UK tech-tree heavy cruiser with nine 234 mm guns; repeated buffs gave it a Repair Party that heals 20% per use with four charges (up to 80%), so it can hold a flank for a long time. Two charges each of Sonar I and Smoke Generator I handle torpedoes and destroyers in smoke, and 8.7 km detectability with sigma 2 lets it shoot accurately from concealment. Its HE salvo is 16% above average, good for fishing for fires one salvo at a time. However, a 13.5 s reload leaves main battery DPM 18–27% below average, and 11.52 km range is short.
