Tier X · Destroyer · U.S.S.R.
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 15) · Balanced destroyer
A Soviet destroyer specialized in long-range gunnery. Its 10.08 km gun range is long for a destroyer, letting it steadily lob HE from behind islands at distance, and three uses of Rapid Reload II (+30% reload, 20 s) boost burst firepower. A 41.8 kn top speed and 4 charges of Engine Boost II make repositioning fast, but a 4.8 s rudder shift and 10.92 s acceleration are sluggish, and 6.96 km detectability is long. With no smoke or spotting skill, it is at a disadvantage in close-range brawls and cap contests. It works best keeping its distance and providing fire support like a cruiser.
