A Soviet large-destroyer variant based on Khabarovsk. Its eight 130 mm guns deal a 3,680 HE salvo, 43% above average, and a 40.6 kn top speed lets it shift quickly between flanks. On the other hand, a 6.6 s rudder shift and 11.74 s acceleration make quick evasion difficult, and 6 km dispersion of about 137 m, 25% wider than average, hurts long-range accuracy. With 7.2 km detectability and 4.37 km torpedoes, stealth torpedoing is impossible, and the torpedoes are more of an emergency close-range tool. With only one smoke charge, the basic approach is to use islands, manage range and shoot.
