Constellation
Tier VIII · Battleship · U.S.A. · Premium
Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 23) · Fast battleship
Fast battleship, suited to AA escort, flanking. It is especially strong against battleships and cruisers (AP deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 6 min on paper). Top speed of 32.2 kn is 4.2 kn above average, with good turning, rudder shift, acceleration. Detectability of 10.44 km is 0.7 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. Key skills: Engine Accelerator II ×3 (top speed +12%, 25 s); Radar II ×2 (8.1 km, 10 s); Air Defense Alert I ×2; Scout Plane I ×2 (main battery range +12%, 30 s). With only 52,793 effective HP, hit-and-run from cover works better than head-on fights.
