A British battleship raining HE fires from twelve 419 mm guns. Patch 9.2 cut the reload from 21 to 20 s, raised fire chance from 19% to 21%, and reduced maximum dispersion by about 10%. As a result HE DPM is 60% above average and 2.94 fires per minute on paper create very strong fire pressure, and Rapid Reload II lets it stack several fires in a short window. Bursting a target right after it uses its Damage Control Kit is especially punishing for sustained damage. On the other hand, thin armor plus a sluggish 4.4°/s turn rate and 17.4 s rudder shift make maneuvering fights difficult. The wiki notes that its slow turret traverse makes it ill-suited to hunting destroyers.
