Rating C (Weak within its tier and class · overall score 30) · Durable cruiser
Durable cruiser, suited to tanking, DD hunting. 46,261 effective HP and good protection keep it alive, but big guns overmatch its ends, so be careful tanking bow-in. AP penetration of 372 mm is 61% above average and handles thick armor. Key skills: Precise Aiming System I ×2 (main battery accuracy +33%, 20 s); Air Defense Alert I ×2; Radar II ×2 (8.1 km, 10 s). Sluggish rudder shift means you must start turning early to dodge shells and torpedoes.
