A Soviet light cruiser that stacks HE fires from long range with twelve 152 mm guns. At 4.03 fires per minute (before modifiers), 28% above average, and with a long 12.42 km range, it can set battleships ablaze while staying more than 10 km away. Its 152 mm AP works well on destroyers, taking a same-tier destroyer's HP in about 165 s on paper, and 1 charge of Radar I can briefly light up enemies in smoke. In exchange, 32,638 HP and thin armor mean it takes heavy damage from medium-caliber and larger AP, and with 9.6 km detectability and 5.4°/s turning it is spotted first and slow to react. Torpedoes reach only 4.5 km and are for emergencies.
