Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 18) · Long-range cruiser
A French premium cruiser that upsizes Henri IV's guns to 305 mm; counting the 7 guns per side, its AP salvo is 6% below the tier X cruiser average, but max citadel damage is 22,452 on paper, 16% above average. Its 13.92 km range is 1.6 km longer than average and dispersion at 10 km is 7% tighter than average, so for a cruiser it lands powerful AP at long range. 3 charges each of Rapid Reload III and Engine Accelerator III let it pack firepower into short windows, then use agile 12.19 s acceleration to disengage. However, fewer guns put DPM 24% below average, and AA is 29% below average. Both the wiki and the community largely feel it offers no major advantage over Henri IV.
