Bougainville
Tier I · Cruiser · France
Rating B (Average within its tier and class · overall score 50) · Long-range cruiser
Long-range cruiser. It is especially strong against cruisers (HE deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 3 min on paper). Main battery range is 8.3 km, and dispersion at 8.34 km is about 126 m, 9% tighter than average. Effective HP of 11,953 is 15% above average. HE-only, it grinds targets down with fires. Its firepower trails other cruisers, so pick favorable angles and ranges over straight DPM races.
