Black Vladivostok
Tier VIII · Battleship · U.S.S.R.
Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 47) · Durable battleship
Durable battleship. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 5 min on paper). With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Effective HP of 64,158 is 12% above average, so it holds up well. Key skills: Engine Accelerator I ×2 (top speed +8%, 25 s); Precise Aiming System I ×2 (main battery accuracy +33%, 20 s); Sonar I ×1 (3.75 km, 25 s); Secondary Overload I ×1 (secondary reload +25%, secondary range +20%, 15 s). Its 13.4 km range is short, so use islands and fight inside 12 km.
