Black Vittorio Veneto
Tier VIII · Battleship · Italy
Rating B (Average within its tier and class · overall score 55) · Agile battleship
Agile battleship. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 4 min on paper). With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. 28.4 kn top speed and good turning, rudder shift give it excellent mobility. Detectability of 9.9 km is 1.24 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. Shells spread widely, so fight at medium range or wait for broadsides.
