Black Tallinn
Tier VIII · Cruiser · U.S.S.R.
Rating C+ (Lower-mid within its tier and class · overall score 38) · Balanced cruiser
Balanced cruiser. With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Its AP broadside of 9,768 is 32% above average for big single hits. Key skills: Fuel Smoke I ×2 (9 s deploy, 3 s linger); Torpedo Reload I ×2. Fuel smoke hides it even at full speed for hit-and-run play, but it clears quickly. Sluggish acceleration means you must start turning early to dodge shells and torpedoes.
