Black Sevastopol
Tier X · Cruiser · U.S.S.R.
Rating D (Bottom tier within its tier and class · overall score 13) · Long-range cruiser
A Soviet large cruiser with six 380 mm guns; its AP salvo is 14% above average and a citadel-heavy salvo can deal up to 27,405 on paper. Its 14.1 km range is 1.8 km longer than the tier X cruiser average and dispersion at 10 km is 6% tighter than average, suiting long-range shots at cruiser broadsides. 55,510 HP and thick armor give it good staying power for a cruiser. However, a 12.5 s reload with only six guns puts DPM 22% below average, and a sluggish 13.35 s rudder shift makes dodging shells hard. 3 charges each of Engine Accelerator III and Fuel Smoke II let it escape quickly when threatened, but recent tier lists rate it rather low.
