Black Monarch
Tier VIII · Battleship · U.K.
Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 44) · Stealthy battleship
Stealthy battleship, suited to fire pressure. With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Detectability of 10.5 km is 0.64 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. High HE fire potential (2.4 fires/min before hit rate and resistance). With only 54,294 effective HP, hit-and-run from cover works better than head-on fights. A survival equipment build adds damage reduction +9 pp, fire/flood resistance +10 pp, torpedo damage reduction +16 pp to shore up survivability.
