Black Leander
Tier VI · Cruiser · U.K.
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 59) · Stealthy cruiser
Stealthy cruiser. It is weak against battleships (AP deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 19 min on paper · torpedoes supply 52% of it). 3 charges of Fuel Smoke, short as each one is, let it break vision and escape whenever it gets caught. With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Detectability of 7.2 km is 0.74 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. 32.2 kn top speed and good turning, rudder shift, acceleration give it excellent mobility.

A new-generation light cruiser designed to serve as a scout both within a squadron and independently. In contrast to her predecessors, the ship's main advantage was that her main guns were placed in gun turrets. The ship also had stronger AA defenses and better armor protection.
