Black Kamikaze
Tier V · Destroyer · Japan
Rating C (Weak within its tier and class · overall score 28) · Agile destroyer
Agile destroyer. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 10 min on paper · torpedoes supply 50% of it). Its 7.5 km torpedoes outrange its 5.7 km detectability by 1.8 km, ideal for smoke-backed ambushes. With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Top speed of 38.6 kn is 2.6 kn above average, with good turning, acceleration. 5.7 km detectability plus smoke make it strong at stealth and spotting.

A typical Japanese destroyer that was built using the experience gained during World War I. She boasted a very high speed and powerful torpedo armament. However, her anti-aircraft suite was very weak and her main battery guns had a fairly low rate of fire.
