Black Francesco Caracciolo
Tier VII · Battleship · Italy
Rating B- (Below average within its tier and class · overall score 39) · Fast battleship
Fast battleship. It is weak against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 4 min on paper). With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Top speed of 28.4 kn is 1.9 kn above average, with good turning, rudder shift. Detectability of 9.6 km is 1.3 km below average, so it is less likely to be spotted first. Its firepower trails other battleships, so be selective and punish broadsides.
