Black Brooklyn
Tier VII · Cruiser · U.S.A.
Rating A (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 72) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to DD hunting. It is weak against battleships (HE deals a same-tier battleship's HP in about 8 min on paper). With 4 Damage Control charges it shrugs off fire and flooding combos. Its AP main battery DPM of 59,429 is 27% above the same-tier cruiser average. Key skills: Engine Accelerator I ×2 (top speed +8%, 25 s); Rapid Reload I ×2 (main battery reload +18%, 20 s). Shells spread widely, so fight at medium range or wait for broadsides.
