Barbarossa
Tier VIII · Destroyer · Germany · Premium
Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 58) · Gunboat destroyer
A German premium tier VIII gunboat destroyer firing eight 128 mm guns every 3.8 s, with AP DPM of 67,074, slightly more than double the tier VIII destroyer average. Its 128 mm AP rarely overpenetrates destroyers, killing a same-tier destroyer in about 53 s by calculation, and Sonar II ×2 is good for finding hidden destroyers. HP of 21,252 is 16% above average and its 36.96 kn top speed is fast. However, it has no smoke and its 6.72 km detectability is 0.42 km worse than average, so once spotted first it has nowhere to hide from radar or focus fire.
