ARP Yamato
Tier X · Battleship · Japan · Premium
Rating A- (Above average+ within its tier and class · overall score 67) · Long-range battleship
A long-range sniper battleship carrying nine 460 mm guns on the Yamato hull. Main battery range is a long 15.78 km and dispersion at 12 km is about 299 m, 8% tighter than average, and three charges of Precise Aiming System II make it well suited to picking off distant targets. With a 300% citadel multiplier, a clean hit on a broadside target can deal up to 62,073 damage in a single salvo on paper. On the other hand, its 26.69 kn top speed is slow and 12.6 km detectability means it is often spotted first. Secondary DPM is 69% below average, so it struggles to deal with enemies that get close.
