ARP Hiei
Tier V · Battleship · Japan · Premium
Rating A- (Above average+ within its tier and class · overall score 65) · Long-range battleship
Long-range battleship. Top speed of 29.3 kn is high, but sluggish rudder make sudden dodges hard. Main battery range is 12.2 km (0.5 km longer than average), and dispersion at 12 km is about 305 m, 9% tighter than average. Effective HP of 42,509 is 10% above average, so it holds up well. Unique skill: 'Super-Graviton Cannon' gives turret traverse +12%, penetration +12%, main battery range +5% for 30 s (at the cost of top speed −15%). Its firepower trails other battleships, so be selective and punish broadsides.
