ARP Haguro
Tier VII · Cruiser · Japan · Premium
Rating C (Weak within its tier and class · overall score 25) · Torpedo cruiser
Torpedo cruiser, suited to DD hunting. It is especially strong against cruisers and battleships (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 3 min on paper · torpedoes supply 32% of it). Top speed of 34.6 kn is high, but sluggish acceleration make sudden dodges hard. A full torpedo spread can deal up to 48,984 (all launchers combined). Torpedo DPM is 135% higher than average. Unique skill: 'Vibration Torpedo' gives torpedo speed +20% for 30 s (at the cost of turning −5%).
