Alexander Nevsky
Tier X · Cruiser · U.S.S.R.
Rating C- (Quite weak within its tier and class · overall score 20) · Long-range cruiser
A Soviet sniper cruiser firing eight 180 mm guns every 6 s, with 13.92 km range, 1.6 km longer than the tier X cruiser average. Dispersion at 10 km is ~203 m (9% tighter than average) and it has 3 charges of Precise Aiming System II, so its game is landing steady hits from range while switching between AP and HE. However, its 6,488 salvo is 33% below average, so it can't turn a game around with one volley. A 35.44 kn top speed is fast, but 20.3 s acceleration is sluggish and 10.86 km detectability gets it spotted first, so it has nothing to gain up close. 3 charges of Air Defense Alert II and 1 charge of Radar II help it counter carriers and detect destroyers.
